My first painting!!!
It's Acrylic on wood. My beau is teaching me the ways of painting. So far i dig it. The scan turned out odd. it looks a ton better in person.

For a first painting, that's a hell of a start! No offense to your Photoshop skills, but the acrylic-on-wood piece is so much more vibrant. I also love that the "drunken bubbles" from the comp have been replaced--consciously or unconsciously--with simple background texture in the final. Keep up the great work!
I like how the painting shows a bit of fluffiness in the rabbit.

wow I haven't stopped by here in a long time and low and behold some actual art is going on! Impressive acrylics indeed!
Just thought I'd poke my head and see what was going on here these days. There's a new blog in the works actually that I'd like to see carry on the same idea we had going on here. I hope it's more accesible this time around.
I like the acrylics , too. maybe because it has more colors and textures than your photoshop version.
